HZD's personalized signs are hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind pieces that you can display on a table, dresser, or hang on the wall. I can match signs to any nursery theme (this is Lamb & Ivy's Giraffe and a half) that are displayed in my customer's nurseries. I have also completed a set of Letters for our baby girl Delani and mounted her letters on a handmade framed shiplap background. 

PLEASE NOTE: Personalized signs are a custom item. Because these signs are hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind pieces, no two are alike. Through speaking with you, I am given a color scheme and/or theme that you provide and you agree to allow me the creative freedom to design your piece as I see fit without limitations.

TIME FRAME: From the purchase date, you can expect your piece within 4-6 weeks. Due to my current workload, I can not and will not offer rushed time frames. 

PAYMENT: Once we agree on the personalization you are requesting, you will receive an email to include an invoice. Full payment of the invoice is required prior to any work being completed. Once the invoice is paid, you can expect your pieces within 4-6 weeks.

PRICING: Many products (see list below) go into making each letter unique. To cover the costs of these products and my time, the price per sign is $350.00 (for an 18" round or square sign & at least 1/2" thick)+ tax, shipping, and handling. Please Note: There is an additional $15.00 per inch fee over 18" (round or square) to cover the cost of additional materials. Example 1: a 19" round or square sign costs $365.00 + tax, shipping & handling. Example 2: a 20" round or square sign costs $380.00 + tax, shipping & handling. Full payment is required prior to work being completed (to include the full cost of all pieces, tax, shipping, and handling).

PRODUCTS: There are a variety of products that I use to make these beautiful signs. Some signs use more products than others. I purchase materials from Home Depot, Lowes, Amazon, Scrapbook.com, Arteza.com, Ranger.com, Visibleimage.com, MaremiSmallArt.com, Hobby Lobby, Michaels, Joann's, Walmart, Target, Tuesday Mornings, Dollar General & Dollar Tree. The following list (of the type) of products is to give you an idea of everything I typically use. Your signs may vary depending on your Color Scheme/Theme.

HZD designs each sign on the computer using Silhouette Studios Business Edition, laser-cut designs/letters/backers, MDF/birch/pine/etc wood, exterior paint, watercolor/acrylic/chalk paints, watercolor crayons/pencils/markers/pens, charcoal pencils, permanent markers/pens, fabric/hot/wood/super/mod podge/spray adhesive & glues, scrapbook/cardstock papers, fabric/paper/wood flowers, journaling cards, ephemera stickers/cardstock/chipboard, metals, beads, trinkets, rhinestones, glitter,  chipboard/stamp/stencil/sticker texts, clear spray paint & sealers.

PRE-CUT LETTERS: We have expanded our shop to include a new laser cutting machine. This allows us to cut our own letters and have a better variety of the styles (font) of letters we can use instead of being limited to one or two different styles (font) through a 3rd party distributor. All of the letters in the names "Delilah", "Daisy", "Vivian", and "Delani" are in the same style (font) of letters. Luckily, the surface area afforded me the freedom to decorate each set with ease. These letters for example are 9" tall x 1/4" thick. The width of letters varies.

SIZE OF LETTERS: The default letter size will be 9" tall x 1/4" thick (the cost for these letters is $60.00 each). I like this size as it is easy to work with. Please note: Depending on the style (font) used, the letters may have to be decorated differently or the size of the letter increased (ex: 11" tall) or decreased (ex: 7" tall) so the letters have a width that I can work on. The price for each letter if decreased in height (ex: 7" tall) will remain the same ($60.00 each). Please refer to the pricing above for larger (taller) sized letters.

- Your FULL NAME, ADDRESS, EMAIL ADDRESS (that you wish to correspond through and receive pictures), PHONE NUMBER, TIME ZONE (HZD is located in EST time zone), and the BEST time to reach you (ie: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM PST).

- LETTERS TO BE INCLUDED (completely spell out the name) (ex: D.E.L.A.N.I.)

- COLOR SCHEME and/or THEME: If you have a preference for specific materials you would like used, please provide this information. This could be a specific scrapbooking collection, a major collection name, a type of flower/s (roses), an insect (dragonfly or butterflies), an animal (dinosaur), a type of plant (succulents), a type of vehicle (construction equipment or trains), etc. Helpful Hint: Visit "scrapbook.com" or other craft stores listed above, and search "paper pad" for examples of collections.
