REFUND POLICY: Heavenly Zen Designs has a NO REFUND POLICY on any item sold (at full price, sale price, BOGO - "buy one get one for...", or other) or gift cards or gift certificates. 

EXCHANGE POLICY: Heavenly Zen Designs has a NO EXCHANGE POLICY on any item sold (at full price, sale price, BOGO - "buy one get one for...", or other) or gift cards or gift certificates.

RETURN POLICY: Heavenly Zen Designs has a NO RETURN POLICY on any item sold (at full price, sale price, BOGO - "buy one get one for...", or other) or gift cards or gift certificates. 

DAMAGES & ISSUES POLICY: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within five days of receipt of your item). If the item is damaged due to inadequate packing materials ONLY, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at heavenlyzendesigns@hotmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The REFUND POLICY, EXCHANGE POLICY, RETURN POLICY, and DAMAGES & ISSUES POLICY can be modified, changed, or removed at any time, without prior advanced notice to consumers, and at the sole discretion of Heavenly Zen Designs.
